Please submit next week's schedule by Saturday at noon.

Beyond the Bell Teacher Workday Feature

We are happy to introduce a new feature built for gauging interest and scheduling teacher workdays. It is located on the Weekly Program Schedule page. There is a new teacher workday button that will show an interest selection for the next upcoming teacher workday as that date approaches. For each teacher workday, there is a minimum number of students required to hold the workday and a maximum for that session. To indicate interest, simply highlight your child(s) name and click the Express interest button. Once appropriate interest is obtained, a payment button will appear when selecting Express interest, then once payment is complete, yours childs schedule is finalized for that day.
